In mid-March 2009 we went to view a house, in late March we got married and upon return from our honeymoon we became proud owners of the A Home For All Seasons house.

It’s a project, sorry, a MASSIVE project.  So far every little structural problem you could imagine could come with a house built in the 1800s has been confirmed and our optimism has taken more than a couple of dents along with our budget.

There’s also been the fun of finding wonderful features and planning how to renovate each room to retain character but inject light and life.
